Who these terms cover

Immensite is a product of Taormina OPC, based in the Philippines. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Taormina OPC. These terms apply to the Immensite website, public demonstrations and demo-request process.

By using these features, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Public interactive demos are intended for users aged 18 or older.

A signed pilot agreement, order form or service agreement governs any paid service or live deployment. These website terms do not replace that agreement or create a subscription.

Product stories and demos

On-page conversations, business names, amounts and outcomes are illustrative unless explicitly identified otherwise. Clicking through a story does not place an order, reserve stock, book a customer appointment, send a real payment or authorize a refund.

Any live AI demo is provided for evaluation. It may produce incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable responses. Use sample information and check outputs before relying on them. The demo is not professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.

Displayed channels and workflows do not mean every integration is available. Availability, business-system access and the actions an agent may take are confirmed when a deployment is scoped.

Demo requests and commercial terms

Submitting a demo request allows us to contact you about your enquiry. A preferred meeting time is a request; it becomes a confirmed appointment only when we confirm it with you.

A demo request does not create a payment obligation. Fees, billing, cancellation, refunds, service levels and deployment responsibilities must be agreed separately before a paid service starts.

Use the service responsibly

You may use the website and demos to learn about and evaluate Immensite. Please provide accurate contact information and only submit material you are entitled to share.

• Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment or unlawful activity.
• Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data to a public demo.
• Do not bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware or disrupt the service.
• Do not use automated requests to evade rate limits or overwhelm the website.
• Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and applicable channel rules.

Report a suspected security issue to hello@taormina.ai, with enough detail for us to investigate without exposing other people’s data.

Your information and content

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and how to contact us about access, correction or deletion. These terms do not waive rights provided by the Philippine Data Privacy Act or other applicable law.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You permit us to process that content as needed to provide the feature you use, respond to your request and operate and protect the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not assume an AI response is unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use is appropriate.

Website and brand ownership

Taormina OPC and its licensors retain their rights in the Immensite software, branding, website design and original materials. You may view and share links to the public website and use demonstrations for evaluation.

These terms do not transfer ownership of our software or give permission to present our brand or product as your own. Third-party names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in an illustration does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Connected businesses and third parties

The website may link to or use services operated by other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability and technical requirements may change.

For a live business deployment, the connected business remains responsible for its products, customer policies and authorized decisions under the applicable service agreement. Immensite is not the seller of the goods or services shown in website examples and does not hold customer funds through those examples.

Availability and access

We aim to keep the website and demos useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. Public features may change, be limited or be withdrawn.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or service disruption. Any separate commitments for a contracted service remain governed by that service agreement.

Responsibility and legal rights

Public demonstrations are supplied for evaluation on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give warranties that a public demo will meet a particular business need or achieve a specific result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights. Responsibility for a paid deployment is addressed in its service agreement, subject to applicable law.

Changes, applicable law and contact

We may update these terms as the website or our obligations change. The revised version will appear here with its effective date. Changes apply prospectively; material changes affecting an ongoing service will be communicated as required by law or the applicable agreement.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us first with a question or concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to approach a competent court or regulator.
